Cashew Cheeze Sauce Ingredients -1 1/2 cups raw cashews -2 garlic cloves -1/4 cup nutritional yeast -1 cup unsweetened plant milk -Jalepeno/Habenero to taste -1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric -1/2 teaspoon paprika -1/2 teaspoon onion powder -1 teaspoon mustard (optional) -1 teaspoon salt (to taste) -1 tsp black pepper Directions 1. Soak cashews in water for 2 hours prior to cooking OR Bring cashews to a boil in pot. Turn of & let soak for 30-4minutes. 2. Add cashews, spices, & unsweetened plant milk to blender. 3. Blend until smooth adding more milk(if needed) for desired thickness. Add more spices as needed(to taste). 4. Pour sauce & pasta into baking dish. Stir. 5. Crumble vegan cheese shreds and or breads crumbs & bake in the oven until melted. 6. Garnish with parsely. 7.Enjoy!
